The Music

Treorchy Male Choir has performed music of practically every single genre, from operatic choruses and spirituals of the Afro-Americans, to the traditional Welsh hymnals and folk tunes up to rock music and Broadway showtunes. The Choir's extensive library has over 80,000 pieces of music, including 800 different songs printed in both staff and tonic solfa notation. Many of those items have been especially commissioned and arranged exclusively for the Treorchy Male Choir and are therefore protected by the stringent laws of copyright.

From Beethoven to Bob Dylan, Mozart to Mamma Mia, Joseph Parry to Freddie Mercury, the sheer range of music is testimony to the Choir's versatility.
